Online tests followed by a skype interview. On the assessment day there was a Presentation, interview and group exercise involved. One of the shorter assessment days. Recruitment team make you feel at ease and willing to answer questions about their own experience.

Direct and straightforward, it was a friendly space and there was no pressure. It just needed the applicant to be open minded and free to respond to the questions as regards construction
Found the job listing on Indeed. I then attended an online interview that was very standard. After passing the online interview I was invited to attend an assessment centre with a group assignment and an interview after.

As far as the assessement day goes its super layed back and they make you feel very welcome. With casual activitys as icebreakers, group activity (assessed) and finally the private interview.
