The interview process was a panel interview,questionnaire was prepared by HR and the questions were divided between two panels and no relation to the Job Description.
It appears this company is HR driven company.Hiring should be based on JD to assure that the candidate understand the role rather than HR related questions. As a manager I have hired people via phone interview first then a face to face interview to assure that the candidate is robust to fit the JD.
Feedback received was that I came across well and clearly have auditing experience, just not the experience needed for this position.
I was shocked the Job title state " Audit & Improvement Manager" where as audit experience is not important.
This shows how the HR driven company works?
