Appalling. The automated process was long and tortured. Weeks later, a call out of the blue to arrange an interview. I had an interview with a senior executive and never heard back from anyone. Not one word. Not a rejection, not even an acknowledgement of receipt of my email. Months later, an automated "we're booting you out of our Careers website". Appalling. If that's how the company recruits, what on earth are they like to work for? I would generally never criticise a prospective employer, but Skanska truly deserves to hear the bad news - perhaps it might encourage them to change!

The interview was a joke. The interviewers were 15 minutes late. They did not have their computers charged nor did they have the meeting ready to go so I sat staring at the wall for an extra 20 minutes and once it did start they asked no interview questions. They asked me why I even came becasue I was not qualified for the job and offered me a lower position in the company. I applied to an office manager job and have 3 degrees along with several years of job experience. I eventually just left after being berated for 15 minutes. I have never had such an unprofessional interaction.

Applied through their website but got a HR contract through LinkedIn. Got an email confirmation really quick with date of the interview and attendees.None of the listed people were there at the day.
During the interview been keeped reassured I am doing brilliant and my interview was the strongest so far. Decious should be made within a week as notified at the interview. Actually no one even bother contacting me until I have contacted the HR agent from Skanska 3 times .The position was already offered to sone one else .Poor HR performance and poor managing of the whole process .
There are no salary ranges announced anywhere !
