I was interviewing for the Project Engineer, along with about six other people from my school. I spent the first half hour interviewing with a senior member of the firm along with a new hire. After that I was taken to another room where I was interviewed by a worker that graduated from my school and had been working in the office for a few years.

First HR screening over the phone to go over the basics and expected compensations, and second round with the senior team members. I felt this whole process was pretty straightforward and easy to process. The whole hiring process took couple weeks.

The interview process was very easy and arranged by the HR department without delay. It was very clear who I'd be interviewing with and all interviews we're very real and stress free.
