I was contacted via a phone call about 3-4 weeks after applying through university connections. They asked what time I was available in the next week or so to do a phone screening and the actual phone screening took about 15 minutes. Afterwards they said I'd be contacted in mid-January with an update on the interview process.

Solid interview, felt like I answered questions well. I would recommend, they wanted to know me as a person and my goals. They want you to do well in the interview.
First interview was definitely more skewered towards questions about your personality. Overall experience wasn't bad, but I was mentally prepared to be asked about my qualifications rather than my character. The interviewers were nice and definitely helped the whole conversation be less nerve-wracking.

What was your favorite course? Why did you choose civil engineering as your major?
Very great and simple and straightforward. The interviewer was very polite and me feel comfortable during the interview. There was no pressure during the interview whatsoever. The interview was also very quick and i was also told right then and there if I received the internship.
