Learned a lot taking progress photos and meeting notes. The first team I worked with did not show much on work culture it felt like I wasn't getting enough supervision or growth opportunities.

The interview process was very organized and started with a virtual interview asking 5 questions with time given to prepare for each question. Then to a interview with some of the project team.
