Took 3 weeks of stringing along to respond to my technical exercise submission. Instead of a follow-up interview, provided feedback was an extremely poorly communicated second-hand email paragraph from a random engineer. Experience was overall very unprofessional - seems like they don't take their engineering recruitment seriously at all.
