Very horrible. I called for .Net MVC interview. First round was telephonic. Person who called was asked basic introduction then asked me to come for F2F discussion. Person who took f2f round was pathetic. I was called for MVC but he did not ask question on MVC. Only 2 few questions from sql and c# he asked. In fact he was struggling to ask questions on MVC. In fact that person do not have enough knowledge on MVC,jquery,linq etc. It was very wrong place to me.
