Their recruiter reached out to me expressing that they believed I would be a good fit for the role, so we set up a time to talk but them from there the recruiter acted like I had simply applied and she hadn't been the one to contact me. She had hardly Amy knowledge of the actual role and didn't understand my experience. She took the interview in her PJs and I left feeling I would not want to progress with the company. Which was good as they didn't even move forward with me anyways despite being the ones to reach out asking me to apply. Overall the whole process felt very clunky and uncoordinated and disorganzied.
