they hire everybody who attend the interview.. Very easy to crack. The Boss is very good and he shall not make the interview tough. basic questions on sales and previous work experience. Will mostly ask you to sell something, talk about a topic to understand your language and if you fall in their salary slab you would be hired for sure.
