Few years ago so suspect that the process has changed but it was a very informal why do you want this role type Q&A set up. Very pleasant and conversational rather than competency based type questions.

Presentation and competency based interview. Usually covering 3-4 competencies. Interviews usually no more than one hour and can take anything up to 3 weeks to hear back. Usually 2-3 people on interview panel
