After seeing experience quick to the point no beat around like other interviews, like there are some what interested but see what you will do to show them you want to job, what applying for the job don’t say it. Then companies think it’s ok to start the guy with experience at the bottom and treat and pay him like a new guy and then thinks they won’t find out that is other interview processes I have went through but not with this.
