I applied online and received an email + phone call to set up for an interview. Couple days after the interview, they called me and offered me the job and sent me a contract via email to officially sign on paper.
I went through 3 interviews - One phone call, in person meeting with clinic manager and virtual with regional manager. HR was transparent and well detailed in job description and expectations.
