Applied online and contacted by a recruiter for phone screen. Seemingly so, the interview went well because the recruiter said she wanted to setup a second phone interview with Skip Hop's Director of HR and was told I would hear back in a few days with availability. Immediately after, I sent the recruiter a thank you email and never heard back about scheduling the 2nd interview. I followed up with recruiter a week later, no response. After two weeks, the recruiter sent me a generic email that said I was not selected. And a month later the position is reposted on LinkedIn.
