The interview process could be improved to create a more professional and candidate-friendly experience. During my session, the interviewer appeared preoccupied with the laptop, which limited engagement and made it harder to establish rapport. Some questions asked were quite personal, touching on family and financial matters, which may not be directly relevant to assessing a candidate’s suitability. Focusing the conversation on professional skills, experience, and role alignment would help candidates feel more at ease and showcase their strengths effectively.
