No interview with HR but directly with Hiring Director and Team Lead. Very friendly and relevant questions to the position were asked. I thought the interview went well and I was told I would hear back by the end of the week but the end of the week came and went and I heard nothing. Followed up on Monday and still heard nothing. Followed up a few days later and still heard nothing. It's okay not to get the position but not to even hear back is rather poor professionally.
