Initial CV upload, Multi choice questionnaire, Video & phone interview, group interview (experience day)
Passed all above stages, "aced" the experience day but no offer, just that my details would be kept for 6 months. Unsure if I was even applying for a job, or just to be added to their list of "Employable" people. All other interviewees also un-easy with this approach and not enthused about potential 6 month waiting time for a job, or even to wait 6 months for nothing.

The interview process went very smoothly, and I was impressed with how friendly and approachable the hiring manager was. The questions were reasonable and not too difficult, which helped me feel more at ease. Overall, it was a pleasant and positive experience that left a good impression on me. I have no complaints and feel satisfied with how everything went.

Good and relatively easy. Contains a roleplay round to assess your skills for the role. Apart from that, mostly behavioral based questions like why sky and what are your strengths.
