Rubbish. The assessment made assumptions on my character . I hope they select the best manipulator for the role genuinely. An online assessment cannot judge someone’s character and these companies need to do better or they will regret their choices. This is why most of them need to hire staff regularly as they can’t retain any of their staff. Llyods too is fond of this!

Conducted by 3rd party and lots and lots of role plays and general customer care questions. Really friendly team but felt a little too much for a call centre job.

Describe a time you had to deal with a confrontation
It was on teams it was virtual interview and I kind of was not expecting to pass the interview.it was just my instinct earn though I answered the questions properly
