The process is fairly straight forward. It start around late morning.. and went all the way to late afternoon. No lunch provided. I had lot of fun going through the interview loop and learn about the company

Phone call with recruiter, then phone interview, then on-site loop. The phone interview was extremely easy, and asked me basically how I would test their login page. Being an experienced tester, this was pretty easy. On-site interview consisted of 3 interviews. Everyone was very nice. First interviewer asked about my background and gave me one coding question to randomize a string, which was fairly easy. He said pseudo code would have been fine but I used JavaScript. I think he really wanted C#, which I know, but am rusty in. The second interview was really bizarre. The interviewer kept talking and rambling and then occasionally would look at me like there was a question to be answered, but there literally was no question asked. It was very confusing until he pulled up test methods for me to step through and explain what they were doing. I thought I did a pretty good job showing that I can read and interpret code that I had never seen before. Third interview was the director of engineering, but she also brought in the department head for the position I was interviewing for. That was entirely a behavioral interview. I don’t know what I said wrong, because I thought the interview was going well, but then after that interview they sent me home. I literally have no idea what they were looking for, since I thought the entire process went very well.
