As explained by everyone here it is right on point. I was 30min early and chatted with one of the other candidate (which we actually became good friends now) Then everyone started coming in 15min prior to 6. When it's time to start you will check in and they will ask you for your name and a copy of your resume which they will need when they interview you, when you make it for your 1-1. You should have already submitted your resume prior to open house (optional but I highly recommend it) After this they will check your height minimum 5'0 starting, if you pass they will ask you to wait in the room. They will start with introduction and policy informations, give you 15min break and then they will start your 60sec speech they will call you with alphabetical list (last name), lucky for us we were small group so we were all given a chance for 1 on 1 interview. My advice is make sure you do your research first before even applying for this job. Know your interview answer ... Alot of their questions will relate to customer service experience. Please dress professional and smile smile smile! Interact with other candidates and make friends you never know they might be in your class when you get an invite.
