First phase is a group interview to weed out applicants. Then they choose who will move on to the one on one interview. When you get the phone call with the job offer and you choose to accept. They send you to either SLC or Denver for training.

Met at a hotel and had to wait my turn for an interview with about 10 other people. Sat down one on one with a recruiter. Easy questions and a pleasant experience.

Interview was done by a Senior employee of Skywest, nice nice lady. The other individual was new to the position as station manager for 6 months. She has zero managerial experience and requires a lot of business acumen as to How to handle employees from differing backgrounds. The process was 15 people interviewed, 13 jobs were extended and no physical was done previously to being offered the position. There were men in their 70's that were hired.

Short and to the point. I was nervous but I stayed focus on the person that asked questions not the people was there for the interview. This is my second time applied for SkyWest and the second round was a lot more easier.
