when you get to the location you look for the conference room go to it and right out side the door you do check in with your name resume and if you have reference letter from an employee and then proceed to the interview room there the recruiter will speak about everything and what skywest has and what's what. then you get a break and come back in where they ask one question why do you want to be a flight attendant with Skywest?

Why do you want to be a flight attendant with skywest?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
