You are greeted at the hotel by several flight attendants which is nice because they are conducting the group session. Your height will be measured and then you will be asked for your resume and if you have a letter of reference. Once you enter the meeting room and find a seat, get to know everyone sitting around you. Whether you know it or not the interviewers are watching to see how you interact. They will call you one by one to the front of the room to introduce yourself and tell why you want to be a F.A. You will notice everyone says "I love to travel". You want to give other explanations why you want to be a F.A. and stand out. After everyone has introduced themselves, there will be a 15 min break and the interviewers will post the names of the individuals that are chose for f2f interview.
