They started off with a brief overview of what the interviewing process will consist as well as what are expected for the position. then 15 min break after which everyone has a minute to tell why the think you'll be great for the FA position. They specifically inform you to not go over the minute and to not clap until after everyone is done. then another 45 min break for them to deliberate for the next round... 13 in my group out of 50 were chosen... unfortunately i was not chosen.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
