Fast easy interview process. Know your basic Wrench sizes. We are short on mechanics. They’re looking for basic common sense. Skywest Airlines is eager to hire mechanics as they are short staffed and need workers. The mechanic shortage is real!

Expect general interview questions about your experiences. These questions involved challenges, teamwork and other topics you can expect for a job interview. They also asked specific questions pertaining to the job, those being functions on an aircraft, likely to probe basic knowledge. Management also went into detail about compensation and benefits and advancement and additional training. Once my questions were done, they offered the job on the spot, and gave about a day to make a decision.

There were five questions for an online video interview, Recording one minute for an answer to each question. Each question has twice trial recording video chance.
