Started out with a group interview, there was about 50 people in the room. They started telling the group about the company a little then asked every person one by one to introduce them selves, and say a little bit about themselves and then state why they wanted to work for the company. Then they called each person out one by one for an interview. They were typical questions like. What was the most difficult part about your job and how did you handle it?
alot of customer service, and at least one safety questions. And improvising question. When did you ever sacrifice quality to get the job accomplished? What were the results. I answered equipment malfunction, having to manually get the job done.

When was there a tie when you had a conflict with a supervisor? How was the situation resolved?
Very Great interview process was one on one and very comfortable made me feel like I was already part of the team and that I would be a valued employee for the company and not just another number
