About 70 people were invited for an orientation of the job. Quick presentation and briefing of what company offers. After, the whole group was split into 4 with about 15-20 people. Had to present yourself and your current job, then 40 pass onto the 1:1 interview.

Interview was done by a Senior employee of Skywest, nice nice lady. The other individual was new to the position as station manager for 6 months. She has zero managerial experience and requires a lot of business acumen as to How to handle employees from differing backgrounds. The process was 15 people interviewed, 13 jobs were extended and no physical was done previously to being offered the position. There were men in their 70's that were hired.

Short and to the point. I was nervous but I stayed focus on the person that asked questions not the people was there for the interview. This is my second time applied for SkyWest and the second round was a lot more easier.
