went to open house in AZ, about 70 people there; first part was an intro by recruiters, then we each had to give a brief intro about ourselves and why we'd be a good fit for company; lunch break then finalists' names posted, one on one interviews rest of afternoon, selected three of us for training and hire

I was honestly prepared for every question because I had done lots of research and practice
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
