Group interview with various rounds of progression. Each round candidates were excluded until only a few were left. It lasted a long time and was very competitive. Be prepared to stay as long as needed, and be prepared with a 1 minute “me in a minute” speech.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
