In person at a recruiting event. The recruiters each spoke about the job and what it entailed. Each person present was selected to interview with one person from a group of recruiters. The interview lasted about 15 minutes.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
