I applied on their website and received an email invitation to an in person group interview that took place in palm springs CA. It was divided into 3 parts. First part was a general overview of the company and details about the position. Second part, they asked a couple questions and called each of us up one by one to answer. We had to give a response that didn't exceed 60 seconds. After the second portion, we took a break and they said they would post a list of applicants they would like to interview one on one on the door and if you made it through the third portion, within 2 weeks of your initial interview you would receive a date to attend training.

What qualities do you believe a flight attendant should have and how do you feel you demonstrate those qualities?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
