Very easy. Walked into the hotel conference room where the interviews were located and there were recruiters sitting at tables. There was only one other person there that was already being interviewed. I went to the other recruiter that was available and we went over my resume history (make sure your dates make sense. Every gap in employment they wanted to know why and checked to make sure dates made sense) and then she asked a couple interview questions. I got my CJO the next day by email.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
