Went to a recruiting event where I got to hear what the aims and benefits of SkyWest are. Then had the option to interview. The interview itself was not intimidating and helped me understand somewhat of what would be expected of me. Overall a very encouraging and fun experience.

They asked what I would do in specific scenarios like what I would do if not all the drinks were stocked for your flight.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
