Interview process: 1. Pre-screen call 2. Interview with two engineers, answering technical questions about C++. 3. Online timed test. 4. Follow up interview working over test. Overall, very reasonable interview process. However, there is no transparency about pay scales during the interview process which lead to me eventually declining the offer. People seem to have varied experiences depending on who they are matched up with in the hiring pipeline. Unfortunately, I wound up in a position trying argue that a conditional bonus and relocation allowances are not a substitute for salary.

Submitted my resume, and was contacted very soon about an interview. I asked them specifically what I should prepare for -- the posting was for C# + tools, -- The HR person strictly said that the onsite assessment would only cover C#, and not C++. But of course to my surprise, they switched it up on me and C++ was actually tested of me at the interview -- which ticked me off as they blatantly lied to me. I still did ok on the onsite interview... but then they made me wait 2-3 weeks until they finally called me and gave me a potential offer. -- I decided at that time to reject their offer based upon my treatment. I also found out that the whole reason why I was waiting so long, was that they made an offer to somebody else, -- and were waiting for a response. -- (Of course I only found out about this 2-3 + weeks of waiting)

The interview process is completely remote at this time.
You start with a phone screen, then a technical interview, then a programming take-home assignment, and finally, a final interview.
Overall a very positive experience. Everyone that works there has a upbeat and positive attitude.
