Initial contact was through email requesting a 30 minute phone call with the recruiter. The next step was a 45-minute zoom call with the hiring manager. Next was an in-person interview with different members of the team. I did not make it that far.

Screening interview covered background intro and basics of program management including NPI process walkthrough. Interviewer was transparent about company organization and structure as well as the role and responsibilities for the opportunity
