A very comprehensive interview process started with the Head of Talent and continued with all department heads. Each interview was truly a conversation about the company, products, market, opportunities, and challenges. The Skyflow team came across as passionate, committed, very bright, and thoughtful about the kind of person they wanted on their team.
I enjoyed the conversations and learned a great deal about the culture and whether my skillset would add value to the company's journey.
As the last step in the process, I presented a 30-60 90-day plan that showed what I had learned about the company, products, challenges, and areas of focus. The team was fully engaged and asked on-point questions.
I have not received an offer, however, I don't think I'm out of the running yet. We will see.
