Went relatively smoothly. Back-to-back Teams calls were scheduled, process was fluid, everything went great. There's 4 rounds, first being a nontechnical HR screening, the second being a somewhat technical hiring manager screening, and then 2 rounds of fully technical interviews.

Mostly spent time talking about the projects and previous work experience I had, with a couple questions asked to ensure I knew what I was talking about. For example, why a calculation of noise figure or P1DB would be important, or why a waveform would peak and what its significance was.
