Applied on their website and received a call within two weeks. Went through three specific onsite visits that consisted of a Recruiter first, a Director second, and then four individual interviews with various Managers for the third visit. The questions were a combination of canned questions based on competencies and ones based on my background and experience. Overall, I felt like the approach, the number of interviews and types of questions/interactions I experienced were about right for acquiring this type of job.
