I connected with the HR recruiter in my market (Portland) via an employee in a different office. Had an initial in person conversation to assess fit and was really impressed with my recruiter's preparation and questions. She really seemed to understand where different competencies would fit within the work at Slalom. I had two further in person interview sessions in the office (first session was 1 interview with the manager for the position I was applying for, second session was three back to backs with other consultants and leaders). In between I did a technical exercise and I presented that work during one of my subsequent interviews. I received the offer within a week of my final interview and accepted within a week of the offer. Entire process took about 4 weeks.
