Phone technical interview. Ask questions about object oriented programming, asked about web stuff. some SQL. how would you help debug a website from a consumer. Wasnt too hard but there was stuff I definitely didn't learn yet.
never got a call back to know if I was going to continue or not, So the wait process was long.

The recruiters were great. However, in my opinion, the tech screeners lost all interest once they saw that I am over 40. Additionally, the tech screening case was sent to me 20 minutes before the interview. To be fair, they might have been trying to gauge how well I can think on my toes, but I found that to be unusual.

I had a great interview process! Recruiter was very responsive and the people I interviewed with were awesome. I was told I got positive feedback from the interviewers but they aren’t hiring for the position until the find a director for the team. I feel like it was a way to tell me they aren’t interested.
