The interview process was very pleasant and informative. Interviews are often stressful, but the friendly, relaxed, and open demeanor of the folks with whom I met immediately put me at ease. Most of the questions asked were centered on previous experience (e.g. tell me about a time...). I sensed a genuine interest in getting to know who I am as a professional AND a person, and where I wish to take my career. The interview scheduling process was very efficient; there were a couple of date/time changes due to competing priorities on both ends -- it was all managed in stride. One of the best interviewing experiences I have ever had!

For the first round of interviews for an internship position, it was heavily behavioral and experience-based. I was asked about past work experience, projects, accomplishments, and "tell me about a time when..." scenarios. Also questions about why I wanted to work at the company. Very straight-forward.
