There were several steps in the process:
1. Applied via the Slalom website
2. Contact made by email by Talent Acquisition team
3. Phone screening by HR (basic information, overview of company and walkthrough of resume)
4. Further phone screening by consultants (technical exploration of relevant experience, thought processes)
5. In-person interview day (several interviews in the office with consultants, practice leads, general manager, which featured a 1.5 hour case study)
6. Decision and Offer
The interview process basically looks to validate that you not only have the technical skills, but there is a good cultural fit to the Slalom values. End to end process for me took 4-5 months, however there were some exceptional approvals required for my case.
