I had three formal interviews over a period of two months. The first interview was with the Talent Recruiter, the second interview was with the HR Manager, and the third interview was with one of the consultants on the OE team. These interviews were very different in that they were focused on getting to know me and what my needs were. The goal was to make sure that we were a good match. When asked to interview with Slalom the HR team has already completed a review of the person's background so there is really no need to go through every item on the resume like in other interviews. The Slalom interview is about getting to know each recruit personally. I loved the interview process and after each one I knew that Slalom was the company/team for me. Luckily for me, the Slalom team agreed and I'm not a happy employee.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
