My interviewing process consisted of: - 1 phone screen interview with HR ~30 mins - 1 phone interview with a consultant ~ 1 hour - 1 Phone Interview with the Practice Area Lead ~1 hour - 1 In Person Interview with the Practice Area Director ~1 hour - 1 In Person Interview with a Managing Director ~ 1 hour - Final discussion with HR to discuss next steps Entire interview process took about 3 months as they weren't looking to hire anyone in that area until a later quarter. In the end I wasn't in a major rush and there was constant communication and expectations between myself and Slalom. Felt very thorough and getting agreement from the folks that are working at client sites up to the managing director made me realize they want to ensure that across the board they think it's a good fit.
