I was sought after on LinkedIn from an in-house recruiter for a software engineering position. After a week of back-and-forth with the recruiter, I took a coding challenge. It took another week or so for the results and feedback, at that time a technical interview was done. The next week I met with a couple of higher-up client service leads which was more of a conversation about culture and if I would fit. I was then called and given an offer by the recruiting manager. In total, the process took about a month from first contact to an offer.
