I applied on-line and was contacted by a recruiter. I then interviewed with her. Next, she brought in a person who was leading a parallel area for another interview. Both by phone. They did a great job keeping me informed of where we were in the process.

4 rounds of interviews. Very casual. They asked about my background and my goals. I was given time to ask questions about the firm, as well. Everyone was very friendly and inviting.

From the moment I applied, the entire process was impressively smooth and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the team reached out to schedule our initial conversation.
