I first met with a talent manager over coffee, and that conversation went very well. I was then introduced to the recruiter and the formal interviews began. I met with about 8 people over the course of 3 meetings, and with every meeting I was more and more confident in my desire to join the Slalom team

4 rounds of interviews. Very casual. They asked about my background and my goals. I was given time to ask questions about the firm, as well. Everyone was very friendly and inviting.
