It was a 5 stage process: 1) Initial conversation with recruiter 2) Technical phone screen 3) Onsite technical screen 4) Chat with Team manager 5) Interviews with leadership team. Overrall, I met with about 10 people during the process. Slalom is very particular about its people-first culture and recruits individuals who will not only fit but make the culture stronger due to their uniqueness. As a result, candidates interact with a lot of team members while interviewing and the process is not rushed. The interviews are largely conversational and the emphasis is on applying what your work experience to solving client problem scenarios as well as communication and teamwork skills necessary to excel as a consultant.
