Interviewed for the Data and Analytics Academy program. I got coffee with a recruiter, then had a phone interview with the program hiring manager that was mostly just going over my work history. I then had a technical phone interview with a current employee which again mostly went over my work history, what I did for projects, why I chose a specific type of model. I then went in for a round of interviews with 4 current employees who had a range of roles in the company. They really want people who are extremely positive and smiley. While I consistently got back positive comments about my prospects of getting hired (pretty much everyone said I would be a good fit there, one person even said they would be surprised if I didn't get hired), I ended up not getting an offer, which I think was due to the fact that I'm a bit reserved and not overly smiley. Also there would have been one more round of interviews, I think involving personality tests, if I had gone on to the final round. Overall a positive experience, I just felt a bit led on.
