The interview process at Slalom was one of the best ones that I have had the pleasure of going through. Everyone was kind, courteous, intelligent, and supportive. It started with a phone screen. Basic background questions. I then had an onsite interview with the hiring manager. The interview was carried on more like a conversation and didn't rely on STAR questions like other employers. After that, I had another onsite interview with 3 amazing individuals. At some point during the process my HR rep took an opportunity with a different company, but the transition with her replacement was seamless. I would gladly recommend others go through this process.
